What is Omega Fatty Acids? There are two families of essential fatty acids, or EFAs: omega-3 (n−3) and omega-6 (n−6). Food sources are fish and shellfish, flaxseed, hemp oil, soya oil, canola oil, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, leafy vegetables, and walnuts.
