What is ezetimibe-simvastatin?

Ezetimibe and simvastatin are used in combination with dietary modification for the treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) and familial hypercholesterolemiais, a genetic disorder characterized by high cholesterol levels, specifically very high LDL levels.
