What is Attitude?

An example of Attitude

"Attitude" refers to a particular type of coping mechanism to do with resilience, optimism, and positivity. Whilst there is little to support the notion that one's attitude to illness can affect the disease itself, quality of life for the patient and those around them are almost certainly affected.
