What is Centrum Silver? Centrum Silver is a brand name multi vitamin in tablet form for adults 50+. - For a mass-produced OTC vitamin this appears to provide me with some additional energy & increased resistance to colds, flu, etc. I'm not a vitamin/suppliment "nut" as I was (for a period of time) after I was 1'st diagnosed with MS in the late 1970's. However I feel that maintaining good overall health is very important, regardless of living with MS. I can only believe that maintaining our overall health can do nothing but help us in our daily lives while living with & managing our MS.

- Chewable is better, if you can find them, since the body absorbs it better. Wax tablets sometimes are not digested at all by some people.
