Advice & Tips
My last shipment of bees died prematuraly. Within the 6th day of not stinging, the inflammation I experience from MS became very intense. I managed to desperately find another local beekeeper who was kind enough to give me 10 bees. I stung myself and immediately felt better, the inflammation was gone.

Advice & Tips
I purposely wanted to see the effects of stopping my bee venom sessions. By the ninth day the desire to sting again was strong, and after doing so it made me feel better. This experiment has assured me to continue.

Advice & Tips
I now average around 10 stings, twice a week. I typically sting myself on the days when my symptoms act up. I am at the point now there is no more burden for each session.

Advice & Tips
I am now up to 2 bee sting sessions a week, 10 stings per session. The bee stings are more tolerable and the on-site reactions now mild. I typically don't feel any better the following day after the bee sting session. However, the following 2-3 days after I do feel pretty good. I will continue increasing the number of stings.

Advice & Tips
I am new to apitherapy (i.e., bee stinging). My initial day-long flu-like reaction stopped after three weeks. My on-site reactions has slowly been going away and are more tolerable. Most of my daily inflammation and right leg drop has also gone away. Of all medication/herbal remedies, bee venom has provided the most drastic positive results for me. I don't at all advise starting this treatment without first determining whether you are allergic to bee venom.
