Advice & Tips: Here's how I know it works for me: When I'm very sick from vomiting and throw up the synthroid, within 24 hours I'll notice a unbelievable fatigue. When I was on a higher dosage, I'd get a nervous feeling, especially in my stomach. When I'm on it, at this dosage, I do not notice any negative symptoms and I do not get the overbearing fatigue (except now with ALS because I can't sleep from muscle cramps or twitching at night.)
