Dosage: 900 mg Daily
Advice & Tips: It helps a little but I use it as a sleep aid but can't take it more than a few days at a time otherwise I have to use more and more and I do not want to take any pharma meds unless I have to. It often makes me groggy in the AM but not always. I've taken up to 1800mg a day with no difference from taking 300mg a day.

Advice & Tips: Have not taken it at the current dosage as of yet, Rheumy told me to add more as I go along since I have trouble with fatigue and I was concerned that taking 300mg 3x a day would have me in bed all day because I have only been taking the Gaba at night. Rheumy says at 100mg tabs I can add slowly to build it up without being tired. My hope is my fatigue and pain levels will be more positive.

Advice & Tips: It helped the nerve pain I was experiencing for a bit but since I was mis-diagnosed this drug would never have helped me since my problem was not a pinched nerve but severe osteo-arthritis in my left hip. I took this drug unnecessarily for a year because I just hoped it might be doing something. Wishful thinking was all I was swallowing..

Advice & Tips: Need to be careful with spatial judgement. Perhaps it's no real Valium substitute, but I'm much more relaxed generally taking it. Irregular sleep pattern, but have had sleep problem most of my adult life. May be helping with cramp problem in legs and toes. Valium-like properties seem to be wearing off with the side-effects.
