Advice & Tips: I prefer to not use the auto-ject. I think it makes the injection hurt more. Also, I have use hot packs, cold packs, and what-not to minimize the sting after the injection. What I have found actually works the best is doing the injection before I have something else to do, like feel my dogs or fold laundry. If I'm occupied right after my injection I don't have nearly the pain from it. That has worked the best for me.
