Advice & Tips: Makes me feel a bit sedated when I take it every day. It's very easy to become dependent. Still, it's the only thing that's ever truly help me sleep.

Advice & Tips: Started taking .05 mgs. in 2001 .. was gradually increased over time and ended up taking 6 - 1 mg. tabs a day .. the anxiety and panic got worse ... so after weaning myself down to 3 -4 , 1 mgs. tabs a day , made a plan with my therapist and pcp to get off this drug as it is most likely not needed anymore ... the side effects of withdrawal are horrendous, but necessary to get off this highly addictive and misused drug ...
