Advice & Tips: The Citalopram worked for a while but then stopped working and I was suicidal. I had serious suicidal idiation, and had planned to kill myself. I ended up in the Psych Hospital for 3 weeks and most meds of mine were changed.

Advice & Tips: I was on Lexapro prior to Citalopram, but switched because Lexapro was not covered by my insurance. They are similar drugs, only Lexapro is all one form while Citalopram is a mixed form (at least as I understand it). Lexapro worked much, much better for me than I feel that Citalopram works. However, I also don't have the same annoying side effects that I did with Lexapro.

Advice & Tips: I was having a major depression because of the constant pain, the Citalopram in combination with the Savella has made a huge difference in my life. I went deer hunting today for the first time in 3 years.

Advice & Tips: I have to kep it right where my coffee cups are so that I take it regularly, and i have to take it one hour before I eat or two hours after I eat. That can be problematic at times. It helps the depression mostly, but does not help the pain.

Advice & Tips: My experience: 1) Very easy for me to take, I can't live without them, unfortunately 2) Yes, I got very happy and in a very good mood, almost always 3) Sometimes I got very tired, and this was a rather big problem at the first time
