Advice & Tips: Just take it as soon as you get up you have to take it on an empty stomach anyway drink a full glass of water with it you only need to wait like 30 to 45 min before you can eat

Advice & Tips: I do not think this medicine is helping at all. My hair is still falling out even though the information says its only temporary. I have been taking it for at least 5 years. I also have a quivering internal feeling all the time and have trouble sleeping
