Advice & Tips: I now wake up only once a night - this is a big improvement in my life. I actually have dreams I can remember again. Funny thing though, during my waking hours little snippits of my dreams come back to me. This happens a lot but doesn't bother me.

Advice & Tips: If I don't take it on a regular time basis the effect is not constant and my mood will be affected. This drug allows me to function without the horrid anxiety I experience without it. I must take it in a compounded form because I have severe digestive problems and do not break down pills.
