Advice & Tips: This really helps itching. Missed a dose before bedtime and woke up at 2:00 AM itching like crazy. The beneficial effects wear off over time with the need to increase dosage. Went from 100mg 3X to 300 3X, to 400mg 3X. Now taking 600mg before bedtime but 400 mg seem to work OK during the day. Wish it was easier to make updates here...
