Advice & Tips: When taking gabapentin prior to breakfast in the morning on an empty stomach, I experienced severe dizzy spells mid-morning. Taking this medicine with or after breakfast combats this side effect.
Side effects: vertigo, double vision (diplopia), muscle twitching (fasciculations), swelling in feet, dizziness, swelling in hands

Advice & Tips: It was given to me as an aid for severe leg cramps and as a supplement for epilepsy. It didn't do anything for the leg cramps. I can't say for certain if it helped with the seizures. Probably a little or not at all? It could work for others though.
