Advice & Tips: It was a miracle drug for panic attacks, but withdrawal sets in after a time and the dose has to increase to continue to be effective. The risk was too high for permanent addiction so my doctor switched me to Alprazolam, which should be easier to get off of at some point in the future.

Advice & Tips: Increased dosage per MD I found out it has nothing to do with the crying spells. I changed from Gabapentin to Wellbutrin and the crying is nearly gone, also pain is better, sometimes gone.

Advice & Tips: I was switched from lorazepam to klonopin. I want to get off of it because I think it makes me worse. I took lorazepam for eight years, and xanax for three before that. It is extremely hard to get off the drugs without making things worse, but I am concerned that it makes me cry all the time. It helped with insomnia at first, but not any more. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't be on any of these.

Advice & Tips: This can be a "life saver" of needed for major anxiety. I have never had problems with "addiction or tolerance buildup", but know people who have. If you have addiction problems, try something milder. In the beginning I took this as prescribed and now that I know how it works in my body and I am in a better place mentally, I take it as needed. Currently take 1/2 of .05 tablet at night.
