Not being able to tolerate temperatures over 24C affected my ability to enjoy fully our holidays with our children as I shifted my day such that I want out in the early in the morning and in the evening. Being alone to go to the markets and do the shopping before my family woke was not a problem! :)

i wear a ball cap to keep the sun off my head..i get a burning sensation from the sun and makes my skull feel like its burning

I use a cooling vest which does help, stay hydrated, stay out of direct sunlight and I stay indoors on days when heat is over 80.

Start your cold pack collection. They're lifesaving when it's too hot. In a pinch, you can use packages of frozen vegatables...green peas work best because, even while frozen, they still are malleable.
