I feel that I need it. Sometimes, I think if I go to sleep my day will go away and problems will end....which is not true.
Wake up feeling just as tired as before nap, interfers with night sleeping, work and social aspects., WAKING FEELING OUT OF IT FOR 15 MINUTES, Didn't do tasks or choirs, Difficulty falling asleep
