I read an article suggesting that diazepam in conjunction with either baclofen or tizanidine was beneficial in dealing with spasticity and muscle cramps. Since adding the diazepam I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my cramps and spasticity.

I only take this at bedtime as needed, not on a daily basis. I would recommend this to those that don't have positive effects with other spacticiy drugs.
