The one major downside of this drug is having to have your INR levels checked so frequently.

It is a very cumbersome drug to take as it requires frequent trips to the doctor for lab draws. Dosages are always changing, and sometimes they are so wacky that it's hard to keep track of what to take. (I'm taking 7.5mg, 10mg, 7.5mg, 10mg etc) I bruise a lot with it now.
