Taking Cymbalta and Zoloft at the same time (with Lamictal) so I'm not sure what works for what. I DO know that this was diagnosed for OCD, and it didn't work.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE HOW MANY SWEETS YOU'VE EATEN IN YOUR LIFE???? Or how many sweets you're eating now? I started on my b'day (I assume <giggle>) and I'm eating a chocolate bar as we speak. I'm not overweight (150#, 5'1"), I just like chocolate.

Being my first prescription Medication for Depression, I figured it would not work effectively until maximum dosage, so for people who are going to start taking zoloft or setraline, do your best at being patient because we ll know what it is like to have to wait for positive symptoms unfortunately. Also i like to believe that even though a standard dosage does range from 50-200mg/day, optimal amounts would be between 150-200mg so it can be months before you see any real-Life changing results. Also, Don't do what I did-I went off of it immediately without weening off! stupid mistake. Again, Please be patient and Get AS MUCH MORAL SUPPORT YOU CAN.
