Advice & Tips: I was advised to take 1000mg of Metformin (2x daily). Both are required to take with food. I can't take the first pill in the morning because that's when I take my thyroid medication, which must be taken on it's own with no food. If I take the first Metformin at lunch time, then I have to take the second near dinner or bed time; they're taken so closely together that it upsets my stomach most of the time.

Advice & Tips: I did lose weight while taking this (which was good because I'm obese) however, it gave me very vivid dreams that sometimes followed me upon waking making me hallucinate for a few seconds until I was FULLY awake.
