I would Like to share how much LDN has help me , I use to be sleeping 5 to 6 times a day I never got enough sleep and after taking LDN I only sleep at bedtime and enjoy the day, I have no pain what so ever anymore, when my feet start hurting from walking to much cause sometimes I dont realize how much energy I get lol but the LDN takes my pain away, I'M So more focused , My memory is not a fog, It's just been so good to find something like this. It's just one pill before bedtime and feel the affects the next day thats all...
