I took this vitamin in various dosages for 10 years and did not see any benefit. After doing personnel research on the internet and seeing the result of clinical trials finding it doesn't have any therapeutic value I decided to discontinue usage.

I am not sure how much good this does. However, my progression has been slow. Also, I am pretty healthy otherwise.
