My Kaiser Internal Medicine MD would not prescribe because it's off-label, even though I sent her links to two studies that showed this was helpful and with no side effects. A functional medicine doctor my husband had been seeing prescribed it for me instead. YI - It has to be compounded at a Pharmacy and I have to pay out of pocket since Kaiser won't prescribe. It helps take some of the "nervy" burning pain away and I have not had any side effects whatsoever like I have with every other medication.

Advice & Tips
After a couple weeks on LDN, I am still getting symptomatic relief of all depression and anxiety and feeling less lethargic. It is also helpful for my chronic pain. It has no side effects for me thus far. It is an easy treatment and cost effective therapy to comply with. Seems to complement the therapeutic activity of my cannabis maintenance program for sleep and pain.
Taking LDN has had a postive effect on me. I work in a factory and it's very demanding and the conditions are not the most desirable. Sence starting at least I can cope.

Advice & Tips
Have been taking about 2 months. Got off to a slow start but much better now. I think that the work that I do has a lot of how LDN works for me. I'am a factory worker and on my feet almost all night. But have to say hope this continues to work.
I was perscribed larger pills to hack down, which was a pain in the butt and probably made for wonky dosages. I seemed to get more restful sleep while taking LDN. Didn't notice anything for my pain though.
