Advice & Tips: Tried hot stone massage and felt great, but next few days were painful. Muscles/nerves had been manipulated that maybe shouldn't have? Not sure. Haven't felt like going when I've had time since, or weather prevented.

Advice & Tips: I do recommend this treatment, because it does get those tough knots out of our muscles, which does make me feel a bit better, after the initial shock and pain.
