Advice & Tips
I experienced more side effects in the first week of taking duloxetine, including jaw clenching and severe wakefulness. These seemed to settled after a week or so. Take in the morning to reduce wakefulness side effect impacting on sleep. Maintain a high fibre diet and take psyllium husks to alleviate constipation.

I only get migraines from Cymbalta when I do not take it on time, so as long as you take it on time you should be fine. I've tried other medications for fibromyalgia pain & this one works the best with the least side effects.
