Advice & Tips
I've noticed two things:
Despite instructions to take and go directly to bed, this works best for me if I take about an HOUR before bed. (My Psych Doc said he's heard this often.)
This becomes LESS effective if I take for more than three days without a break of at least two days.
I love ambiem but it does have all the crazy side affects people talk about. Night eating that you don't remember. It will make you feel high if you don't fall asleep. Make sure you do not drive or leave your house on this stuff! Really, it can put you into a blackout state where you sleep walk and don't remember it. On the good side; it's the best sleep aid out there. You can fall asleep with-in a half an hour, sleep for a solid 6-8 hours and wake well rested. Also, sometimes I feel alot better (fibromyalgia wise) after taking it.

Advice & Tips
It worked great initially, in fact the original dosage was too much but then after awhile it didn't really work at all. And when I do take it I have to be careful that I get AT LEAST 8 hrs or sleep or it makes my daytime sleepiness worse. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep due to thinking about things I have to do the next day or other things going on in my life.
