This medication reacted with another medication and food I ate causing Serotonin Toxicity Syndrome putting me in the hospital for 3 day. This reaction is often fatal.

If your neck starts to get stiff or you get a clunking sound in your neck, stop taking it immediately and consult your doctor. Also, a neck and shoulder massage may be beneficial.

The MOST important advice, is that Azilect has some undesirable raections with certain other meds, including, so I am told, certain commonly used anesthetics. The problem I had with it was not that one. My problem was a severe skin reaction. How severe was it? The sores looked just like fire ant bites! Dozens of them!
