No real impact, because I have a medical background, I put my meds in a pill case and always have them with me, it became a ritual and did not interfere with any activity. At the beginning of the treatment, I saw a great increase in my ability to do "normal" daily activities. It was combined with stalevo, and amantadine, so it was not easy to determine which med or was it the combo, that gave me my life back.
