Advice & Tips: Dosing: I adhere to a STRICT timing schedule - I have a timer alarm on my Blackberry set for 5am, 8am, 11am 2pm, 5pm, 8pm. If I forget or am late taking the dose I'm screwed up for the rest of the day. Without carbidopa-levodopa I am useless - my entire left side is frozen stiff with muscle cramps.

Advice & Tips: I was placed on this medicine to confirm my diagnosis of PD. I felt immediate results. However, the meds had to be taken at exactly the moment it was due. If I was just a bit late, I could tell the symptoms come back. It would be several hours before I returned to my former self.
