Advice & Tips: While I could not tolerate a full dose of the Carbo/Levo 25-100 tablets due to extreme nausea and vomitting, I am able to tolerate the Carbo/Levo Oral Dissolving Tablets 25-100 quite well.

Advice & Tips: I was OK when I was taking 1/2 tab 3 times a day. When I began full dosage, I had severe nausea and vomiting. I was prescribed a nausea med that did not work, and then prescribed Domperidone. Could not stay ahead of the nausea, although it was not as severe and the vomiting stopped. After awhile, I just quit all together because I was tired of being sick to my stomach 24/7. My joint pain increased so I went back to my originally dosage and things have gotten better.

Advice & Tips: At the end of the 2 hour cycle, i have to take the next dose otherwise within 20-40 minutes my whole body, twists, shakes and torques to the point of no control. This must be dyskinesia. This is the second stage of Parkinson's existence, lasts 30-60 minutes, is the most painful. It takes 1 hour minimum to get back "on".
