I am unsure about the efficiency of this medication. I was originally prescribed Olanzapine but then had side effects so Pregabalin was added to counter the side effects of Olanzapine. I no longer take Olanzapine, just Pregabalin. I have had so many side effects with this medication including notable weight gain, palpitations, hot flashes, leg tremor, the feeling that I am being strangled, among others. Maybe this is just my GAD but the side effects seem to coincide with the dates that I started taking Pregabalin
