I can definitely feel my mood improve and stabilize when I'm taking my Zoloft. On the few occasions I stopped taking it, I've noticed a definite increase in my depression and irrational thoughts. The only side effect I've had from Zoloft is dilated pupils which isn't really a problem except I can't drive at night anymore.
