Advice & Tips
This works wonders for lower back pain. The only drawback is that when it stops the pain comes right back. Also, if you leave it on too long you run the risk of burning your skin.

Advice & Tips
I usually get this treatment done at the chiropractor every 3-4 weeks, plus I have my own unit at home and use it a lot. My home unit was well worth the cost of being able to do this treatment yourself and when you need it. I bought my unit from Dr. Ho's website ($175 approx.) and it has lasted about 5 years, but I need a new one and see that he is no longer selling these units. If anyone has advice on a good, not too expensive unit, please email me.
