It works great to make me more alert to be able to function, but the downers when medication starts to wear off are very hard...and i need to go to bed.

My heart rate was alarming to my Drs and they advised me to stop taking it. It helped to clear the cog fog and I was able to think clearly.

I take Methylphenidate on days that I really need to get something accomplished. It really clears out the dreaded cog fog. It also helps alot with the fatigue.
