Advice & Tips
Be sure your massage therapist is experienced in dealing with fibromyalgia and is willing to listen and seeks your input. Remember that you are in charge of the session, not the massage therapist, but be open to their input, as well.

Advice & Tips
I really do enjoy going for my massages. It not only helps with decreasing my pain but it also helps with overall relaxation and stess relief. I also find it is very beneficial in lowering my anxiety levels and just gives me an overall general feeling of wellbeing.

I do recommend this treatment, because it does get those tough knots out of our muscles, which does make me feel a bit better, after the initial shock and pain.
