Dosage: 6000 intl units Daily
Advice & Tips: Put in with reg meds. 5000 units per day. Calcium w/D3 kicker and I am up in the normal range now. Both are OTC

Advice & Tips: 25(OH)D test revealed normal D3 levels. I'm still taking the prescription cholecalciferol.
