FJor me I am unable to drive because I suffer from sleep deprevation. So the sleepiness is not a problem> I would much better be sleeping than hurt all the time. Also, I'd rather take this med insted of increasing drugs like morphinellll

It does help with the anxiety & works for a symptom of when I move my neck a certain way, it makes my left leg feel like the knee is going to buckle.
