it helped me too sleep...but my body got used to it hence the change...but when it did work..my body was in less pain

I was prescribed this by my PD doctor for insomnia and it worked if I took it about an hour prior to going to bed. I had to stop taking it because I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and put on a medication for pain that prohibits me from taking the sleep medicine with the pain medicine.
