I have two AFO's and I can't see me ever being without them - they steady me . I don't like wearing them in the summer, but will adjust.

My thought about wearing an AFO and it helping me was all negative, but what a big difference it has made in a very short time. I think I will be wearing it much more than I originally thought I would
