Taking Topamax on time has been very important for me. I also found that once I moved up to 75mg in the morning and 75mg at night, it acted as an appetite suppressant and helped me change my eating habits, which in turn helped me lose weight!

Topamax has been a very good for me. When I first went onit it was just to controll seizures, but then I started having cluster headaches it was increased . I do my very best not to miss a dose of medication. I also try to get to know the people at the pharmacy(they know me by name) it helps me when I hve any probs.
