Advice & Tips
This treatment was working, but wasn't what I needed, I needed the bi-pap. I did notice marked improvement in my daytime patterns just in using the c-pap. I wasn't 'as' tired, falling asleep as much in the daytime. I seemed more rested, especially when I got up. I was able to begin doing little things around the house again that I couldn't before because I was getting some energy back. It was a good thing.
