Advice & Tips
I know that there are no treatments to stop the progression of ppms, but after reading about ldn I decided that it wouldn't hurt to try this for progression and and walking. I can't see that it hurts. I can't see that it really helps.

Advice & Tips
Maybe this is helping me to take less of the other medications? I have seen an improvement with balance. Bladder and bowel incontinence seem to be abating. However, difficulty walking (gait) is still a big issue-nothing has changed there.
I take my pill at bedtime, usually 9pm. I cannot wake up at 8am when my husband comes in to wake me. I am still in a very deep sleep, still dreaming. It is so difficult to wake up.

Advice & Tips
cheap, convenient treatment with minimal side-effects (I may be slightly more spastic but not an issue). Do not have as many issues (incontinence, urgency) with both bladder and bowels (no accidents at all). Fatigue not as profound. Am mainly taking LDN to stop progression of disease rather than to relieve symptoms.
