First week experienced nausea and dizziness, my neuro told me to to take only one per day that week. Since then I take every 12 hours no side effects. I use the alarm on my cell phone, and I always keep some pills with me.

I've been taking Ampyra for 3 weeks now. There have been no negative side effects at all. I feel slightly steadier on my feet and my bowel movements have been every 2 days instead of 5. Heat still overwhelms me to a very high degree but it doesn’t wash over me like it use to. Unfortunately there have been no improvements in my bladder. I’ve had no problems sleeping or falling asleep.
