Advice & Tips: Get your Creatinine checked on a regular basis and watch it closely. I am a male who developed osteoporosis at age 42. This was secondary to phosphate loss in my urine because of renatl tublar acidosis caused by Tenofovir. This is called Fanconi's syndrome.
