I did well up until the 10 mg dose and then I began to feel worse. It is hard to directly link it to the dosage as a side effect. I'll reevaluate and see how I feel at 12 mg dosage.

1. Consult with a pharmacist or a psychiatrist to find out how this drug may affect your behavior and/or mood. 2. Draw up a plan. Make sure your family and friends know to watch for any signs of behavior changes. These can be subtle at first. YOU, the patient, probably won't realize what is happening. Obsessive/compulsive and impulsive behaviors can include a lot of things besides gambling, overeating, and overspending. 3. This drug can cause hyper-sexuality. Talk to your partner and be mindful of possible effects from the drug. This is not a nice side effect!! 4. Are you also taking Sinemet? The two together can amplify side effects. We were not told about these side effects.

This drug can be intense for a lot of people. It does help, though. Takes a lot of experimenting to find the right dose and combination of meds.

donot think meds are working as they should waiting to go back for reviue next time at hosptail not till 032010 but feel cannot wait that long was told should be able to take meds without sick tablets but I cannot

I tried this treatment but it didn't work as well for me as the previous medication that I was taking. My doctor adjusted the dosage several times but it just wasn't helping me.
