I think people also need to be aware of skin conditions with this medication. Cabergoline has worsened my keratosis condition

Cabergoline has worked for me for 10+ years. I stopped to change over to the Pramipexole ER which has only recently been available on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme here in Australia

Be aware of the valvular problems and fibrosis. Keep getting checked through an echocardiogram

I think this medication is of benefit in the long term (if you keep a good check on valvular problems) and to help extend the life of your Levodopa medication. It is certainly a beneficial adjunct therapy for this reason alone.
