Advice & Tips

Can't take 1 mg four times a day because I would sleep all day. I only take it when I get stressed out/nervous and my hands shake. Then I can take 2 at bedtime to help me sleep, but I always start with one at bedtime and if I can't sleep in one hour's time, I take another
