I prefer to take it after the Efavirenz. This way the sleepiness on the next morning seems to be smaller.

helps with sleeping, but increased my appetite significantly, which resulted in gaining weight. It does not help anxiety and mood problems at all.

Hopefully they changed this, but the way the REMERON SOL TABS were packaged (some type of blister pack) made them nearly impossible to open! It was very difficult and required extreme dexterity. REMERON is a strange drug. The more you take, the LESS severe the fatigue side-effect becomes. Thus, if one were to use REMERON as a sleep-aid, a doctor may likely prescribe only 15mg nightly. Higher doses mean less fatigue. having said that, I was surprised by how much energy I had when I went off the drug completly
