Advice & Tips
The first two nights I took LDN I slept so good, fell asleep within 15 minutes, extremely rare for me. The next few nights I fell asleep within a half hour or so. Sonce then I am back to tossing and turning, but when I do fall asleep, I sleep good and feel well rested. I have more energy, and my mood has improved.

Advice & Tips
LDN works on each person differently. It has helped with the fatigue, mind fog, have more energy, but found that this didn't last for more than 12 hours. Pain would start, had to rest and be careful not to overdo. Have started second dose, 12 hours apart. Am now getting sleep, which was a major problem before LDN.

I've lived with severe chronic pain for many years. Also fibro, cfs, ra, neurropathy, and degenerative disk and joint disease. I'v been on every class two narcotic that they make, also taking Vicoden as a breakthrough. I haven't taken any narcotics in over 5 weeks thanks to LDN. I take 4.5 mgs at nite, am going to ask rhumy about taking LDN twice daily.

Advice & Tips
After a couple weeks on LDN, I am still getting symptomatic relief of all depression and anxiety and feeling less lethargic. It is also helpful for my chronic pain. It has no side effects for me thus far. It is an easy treatment and cost effective therapy to comply with. Seems to complement the therapeutic activity of my cannabis maintenance program for sleep and pain.

Advice & Tips
Here is an update on my progress with LDN... I started taking LDN on 9/3/10. I started at 1.5mg for 2 weeks, then 3.0mg for 2 weeks, then 4.5mg. Overheating Before---After taking walks in the past, when I got back home I would sit on the couch in the AC and become overwhelmed by a feeling of uselessness that washed over my entire body. Now--- Now after taking walks the feeling of uselessness isn’t there. I am still unable to function normally due to the heat, but the overwhelming feeling is gone, Bowel movements Before--- My bowel movements where normally once every 4 or 5 days Now--- I am having a bowel movement almost daily Balance Before---Always feeling like I was on the verge of falling down or unstable Now--- I feel like I am more stable and sure footed Foot Drop Before--- Having my right foot dropping was just a normal part of getting around for me Now--- My right foot only drops now to due right leg fatigue or stress / pressure Toe Touch Before--- I was just able to stretch to my knees, then spending 5-10 minutes getting to my toes Now--- After getting out of bed in the morning I can touch my toes almost immediately Bladder Before--- Started having problems here in 95. Hesitancy, always feeling like I have to go, not emptying. After--- Very little has change here unless I drink large quantities of fluids then I am going every 30 minutes. The hesitancy has eased up a little. Erections Before--- The only way I had an erection was if I used Viagra, and then only 60-70 percent of the time did Viagra produce results. Now--- I had morning erections the morning after the first dose. This hasn’t happened since 95!!!! Now Viagra works 80-90 percent of the time. Also, now that I’m at 4.5mg I get normal erections almost daily. Although these improvements help with daily issues, I am still well aware that I still have MS. Heat, fatigue, dexterity, pressure, stress, daytime sleepiness, brain fog, and the occasional 3-4 day long brick wall where I wonder WTF from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. LDN has done more for me than any other treatment I have ever taken to help with day to day life in dealing with “the monster” I am sorry to report that there have been no vivid dreams.

Advice & Tips
When first prescribed, I took 1.5mg nightly for two weeks, then up to 3mg nightly and stayed the for 4 mos. The side effect I has was rigidity. I had given it enough time, and felt no change other than the increased rigidity, so I went down to 1.5mg nighly. I did experiment with dosage time of day and with not taking it for a few days, twice. The only effect I could see, rigidity, continued, so I've stopped taking LDN. I took it for a total of 6 months.
